When I see them turn on the frier, I expect the worst. And just 7 minutes of cooking had me expecting a very soggy fish.

Wrong! While the chips were ordinary and perhaps much better if not “well done”, the fish was brilliant. It almost passed the bend test, was tasty and thicker than average. I really enjoyed the fish!
