As always I asked for well done, but it wasn’t. Almost always this is miscommunication between the order taker and cook. No excuse.

Fish failed the flop test. Holding it vertical by the bottom tip, it folded in half within a couple of seconds.

Typical suburban F&C which pumps out adequate food.
