The meal took 6 minutes, and was properly well done and tasty. 7/10 and equal with Fair Dinkum

I have eaten from Northway many times and they are certainly consistent – never a dud meal.

On busy nights they manage to churn out food at a great rate, helped by having 8-10 staff.

• I ask for the meal to be cooked “well done”.
• Crispiness is determined by holding the fish by its base and seeing how vertical it can stay. If it collapses, that’s a fail!
• Similarity amongst the candidates is expected. The primary purpose is to identify the duds out there and hopefully find some winners
